Who we are

Eagle Precision,  Inc.  is  a  modern,  progressive machining  facility  located  in  Anne Arundel County, Maryland,  We are a native-American Indian, woman-owned, minority­ rated Maryland corporation established in 1996, owned, managed and operated by skilled, professional personnel.

Eagle Precision specializes  in machining aluminum, AIBeMet, steel, stainless steel, magnesium,  titanium,   Inconel,  tungsten  Kovar,  invar,  lead,  metallic   laminates,  graphite, fiberglass (including G10 and phenolics), Delrin, Vespel and many other plastics, copper and brass.

Eagle Precision is dedicated to customer satisfaction and continual improvement.  Our Quality Management System assures meeting the highest of quality standards.  Eagle Precision  is  ISO  9001:20151    registered.    All  measurement,  inspection  and  test equipment are calibrated in accordance with MIL-STD-45662A and IS010012-1. Inspections are performed rapidly and accurately using our CMM, with hardcopy inspection data printouts for each inspection.

Other production capabilities include:

•    Hardware installation: helical inserts (tanged and tangless), Keenserts, solid and expansion rivets, nutplates and clinchnuts.

•   Adhesive bonding:  rubber  and contact adhesives,  premixed  and two-part epoxies, Loctite and cyanoacrylate.

•    Marking: Stenciling,  silk-screening, rubber  ink  stamping  (epoxy-  and  non epoxy-based inks), vibroetch and engraving and stamping.
